With that philosophy, in 2025, Bamboo Software continued to invest strongly in internal training, particularly in emerging technologies such as Blockchain.
From March to May 2025, Bamboo Software organized an internal Blockchain training program, personally led by the company’s CTO. With a teaching approach that was concise, practical, and deeply experience-driven, the program enabled employees to gain a solid understanding of Web3, Smart Contracts, DeFi, Tokenomics, and modern Blockchain application models.
The Internal Blockchain Competition – Where Knowledge Was “Ignited” into Real Projects
To foster a strong self-learning and hands-on mindset, while creating a playground for young talents to challenge themselves with bold ideas, Bamboo’s leadership launched the Internal Blockchain Challenge 2025.
Challenge brief:
Design and present a Blockchain-based solution applied to real-world scenarios.
With a total prize pool of nearly VND 10 million, the competition generated weeks of excitement across the company. Teams went beyond learning theory—diving deep into research, conceptualizing solutions, building models, and delivering professional-level presentations.

1. DLH Team: Move-to-Earn: FitChain (FC)
FitChain – A movement-incentive system that turns every step into value, leveraging transparent Blockchain technology.
2. Sollott Team: Decentralized Lottery on Solana
Sollott – A fully transparent, fraud-resistant lottery model powered by Smart Contracts, featuring ultra-fast transaction processing.
3. Lendora Team: Decentralized Lending Platform
Lendora – A secure, intermediary-free decentralized lending solution designed to optimize liquidity and trust.
4. MintMind Team: Decentralized Learning Ecosystem
MintMind – A Web3 education platform where knowledge is shared openly, transparently, and rewarded through tokens.

After a dynamic pitching session and an objective evaluation by the leadership team, the most outstanding projects were officially recognized in a joyful and proud award ceremony.
