Bamboo Software & VinUniversity Deliver Green Transformation Project in Khanh Hoa

Bamboo Software, in collaboration with VinUniversity, has successfully delivered the Green Transformation Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) System to the senior leadership of Khanh Hoa Province.
This milestone marks an important step forward in the province’s journey toward digital government management integrated with sustainable development goals.

The project was implemented based on Decision No. 2690/QĐ-UBND issued by the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, which mandates departments and agencies to collect, monitor, and manage 61 Green Transformation indicators across 9 key sectors, along with annual project implementation roadmaps.

Solving Green Transformation Management Challenges Through Digital Technology

Faced with the challenge of managing a large volume of cross-sector, multi-level data, Khanh Hoa Province required a system that is interconnected, transparent, standardized, and time-efficient—to replace fragmented, manual, and paper-based reporting processes.

From this real-world need, Bamboo Software and VinUniversity jointly designed and deployed the Green Transformation M&E System, with the following objectives:

  • Seamless data connectivity between the Provincial People’s Committee and departments
  • Timely and standardized data entry reminders
  • Significantly reduced reporting and aggregation time
  • Improved data accuracy and transparency

Key Values Delivered by the Green Transformation System Developed by Bamboo Software

The Green Transformation (M&E) System developed by Bamboo Software has fully standardized Khanh Hoa Province’s Green Transformation management on a digital platform, delivering clear and measurable benefits:

  • Automated Green Transformation Assessment
Departments input data and upload supporting evidence directly into the system. The platform automatically scores based on the approved indicator framework and accurately calculates the province-wide Green Index – minimizing errors and reducing reliance on manual processing.
  • Real-Time Monitoring and Decision Support
Provincial leaders can visually track project progress and Green Transformation tasks on a single platform, enabling faster and more informed decision-making.
  • Interdepartmental Integration and Administrative Simplification
The digital platform connects departments and agencies, shortening approval cycles, reducing travel and paperwork, optimizing resources, and improving coordination efficiency.
  • A Long-Term Data Foundation for Digital Transformation
The system integrates with the provincial data center, establishing a solid foundation for long-term digital transformation, green transformation, and sustainable development.
